My father used to have a stressful work life. This included many trips abroad. Alongside his family, his job was an important part of his life. He had a lot of responsibility for his employees and was always an important contact for everyone.<\/p>\n

He used to do a lot of sports. Handball as a youth. Later tennis and golf were played. However, shortly before retirement, back problems crept in and tennis was given up with a heavy heart. After a few spinal operations, he was no longer able to play golf at the end. Walks became a daily part of keeping fit. However, walking gradually became worse and more painful and a walker was added as an accompaniment.<\/p>\n

It is important for us as a family that our father lives a self-determined life and remains independent. However, getting out of bed becomes more and more difficult with age. So, I was looking for a tool that would support my father. By searching the internet, I came across beds with stand-up aids. The bed is comfortable, and its functions bring many advantages in everyday life. Not only that my father sleeps well in this bed. Getting in and out is easier for him. What is the best bed for spinal stenosis?<\/h3>\n

Spinal stenosis occurs when spaces in the spine narrow and causes a compression of the spinal nerves and sometimes the spinal cord.<\/p>\n

The symptoms can be pain in lower back and legs, neck, shoulder or arms, sometimes accompanied by numbness.<\/p>\n

People with spinal stenosis often feel more comfortable when bending forward instead of standing up straight. Likewise, sleeping on a flat mattress may not be as comfortable as an adjustable bed. The possibility of a slight incline of the backrest and the possibility of a supported knee-bend can udload the stress on the spine and offer a great pain-relief.<\/p>\n
